  • Deliver final digital assets (cinematic property films, HDR photography, and social reels).

Visual assets captured during property production (including listing photographs, cinematic property reels, and raw footage files) are stored on secure local and cloud-based backup servers. Access to these drives is restricted. Because real estate media is publicly shared during active listing cycles, final assets may be hosted on our delivery servers to facilitate downloading by the booking client.

4. Data Retention

We retain client contact details and property addresses to facilitate future scheduling and project archives. Raw footage files are typically archived for a limited duration after delivery, while final high-resolution assets are held for reference and license tracking.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website utilizes minimal styling and operational cookies to support dropdown memory and navigation state (such as tracking form estimate variables). We do not run invasive behavioral tracking pixels.
